Psalms 4

David is allowing us to peek in his prayer to GOD. Don't be afraid to speak to GOD. The Word says come boldly to the throne of grace that you may obtain mercy and find grace in the time of need. (Hebrews 4:16) Talk to Him, GOD is a loving Father and a gentleman. His love is so great, you or I cannot fathom it. So talk to your Father. David was a good example who did not hold back when he was talking to GOD. David goes on to warn all of his enemies and friends. He says But know that the Lord hath set apart him that is godly for himself: the Lord will hear when I call unto him. David tells us to Stand in awe of GOD and reverence Him. Choose a quiet time and examine yourselves and sin not. Offer the sacrifices of righteousness and put your trust in the Lord and when you do you will lay down in peace and sleep for the Lord will keep you safe. In Jesus Name Amen.
