Psalms 70 - Make Haste O' GOD

In the previous Psalm, David is crying out for GOD to deliver him. In this Psalm he is asking GOD to deliver him in a hurry. Sometimes it may seem that the pressures in life are closing in on you, and that you have no way to turn. But GOD, remember that GOD always makes a way of escape. He will always provide a life option when you are facing opposition, choose life. Let GOD be magnified.

Meditation

But I am poor and needy: make haste unto me, O GOD: thou art my help and my deliverer; O Lord, make no tarrying. Psalms 70:5

Hasten, O God, to save me; come quickly, LORD, to help me. 2 May those who want to take my life be put to shame and confusion; may all who desire my ruin be turned back in disgrace. 3 May those who say to me, “Aha! Aha!” turn back because of their shame. 4 But may all who seek you rejoice and be glad in you; may those who long for your saving help always say, “The LORD is great!” 5 But as for me, I am poor and needy; come quickly to me, O God. You are my help and my deliverer; LORD, do not delay. Psalms 70 NIV
